Scott is excellent, I had quit smoking for quite some time but life events brought stress that I had a hard time coping with and I turned back to cigarettes. I was recommended by a friend who had success and thought I’d give it a try. I didn’t want to smoke and needed help to quit again. I had 2 cigarettes right before my appointment and haven’t touched another one since.

Smoking for 26 years.was up to almost 2 packs a day. I’m a single mom my health was failing I could not breathe. Well it's been one month as of today that I have not smoked after 36 years. I was determined that this was going to work for me Scott was great he was kind and easy to talk to. I won't lie it wasn't easy it still is not easy Cravings are strong. But it must be working because I have still not lit a cigarette. I suggest stay away from things that make you want to smoke for me it was sugar so I just don't eat sweets as much. Take his advice listen to the recordings everyday I do every night before I go to bed. I downloaded an app that shows me how much I have not smoked and how much money I saved it is an incentive to keep going if the gross smell and taste of cigarettes isn't enough already LOL. I do recommend you try this but go in with an open mind and go in with the determination that this will work. And I believe it will work for you as well thank you Scott for giving me a smoke-free life and saving me a ton of money lol
